3.Only ABF will be collected from the third person, which is THB 500.- net, when requiring an extra bed and must be sharing the room with the first two guests.

4.Child under 12 years sharing a room with parents, not requiring an extra bed only needs to pay for ABF @ THB 200.- per person per day

5.Child under 12 years sharing a room with parents, requiring an extra bed needs to be booked in Junior Suite and will have to pay for ABF @ THB 200.- per person per day

6 Cancellations and No show for Normal Season (1 May 11 - 30 Nov 11 and 1 May 11- 30 Nov 12), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty of 1 night charge.

7. Cancellations and no show for High Season (1 Dec 12-20 Dec 12 and 11 Jan 13- 30 Apr 13), can be made at least 15 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty of 1 night charge.

8. Cancellations and no show for Peak Season (21 Dec’12 – 10 Jan’13), can be made at least 20 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 5 nights.
