Close to the site of the historic battle, the Montaperti Hotel is built on a hill overlooking the city of Siena. Looking to the East one can witness the beauty of the sun setting over the city of the Palio, and to the West dawn appearing over the Crete, in one of the most beautiful panoramas to be found in Italy.
